CLINICAL POSITIONS IN THE NHS

My NHS post is in the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool, UK.


I am the clinical service lead for the neuropsychology department and provide specialist neuropsychological assessments and management of a broad range of neurological conditions.

I am a past recipient of a British Psychological Society Division of Neuropsychology career award in recognition of my contribution to clinical neuropsychology in the UK.

I conduct clinical research in neuropsychology and collaborate with and support colleagues from other disciplines undertaking clinically focused research as well as collaborating with national and international clinical research groups.

I provide teaching on clinical neuropsychology for post graduate doctoral training programmes and post qualification specialist diploma and MSc courses in clinical neuropsychology.


I provide teaching on neuropsychology on the University of Manchester Doctoral Training Course in Clinical Psychology to psychology graduates undertaking the 3 year training programme in clinical psychology. I also provide specialist teaching on multiple sclerosis on the post-qualification specialist Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology and MSc in Applied Neuropsychology at Bristol University. The Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology is undertaken by Clinical Psychologists undertaking post qualification specialist training in clinical neuropsychology.
